The stand alone three storey building comprised of a new science facilities, general classrooms complete with associated communal spaces and toilet facilities.

Two Broag Quinta 65 Gas fired boilers were installed to feed radiators and heat recovery units. Ducted air conditioning units (exposed feature ductwork to the top floor) were also installed.

A full BMS system was installed to control the buildings mechanical services. 

The mechanical installation for the project was fully designed by Redstar.
