The reception building is naturally ventilated and heated and cooled via AC units. The main building is fed from a dedicated plant room within the new build. In line boilers are used to feed heat coils within the ventilation system to heat the majority of the areas with radiators placed locally where required. The project was a 2 stage tender project and as part of the submission, Redstar offered significant savings to the original designed scheme offering the client over £40k of savings whilst improving the efficiency of the installation.
